HIFLEX Corporation, NA a global leader in MIS/ERP Systems for print and media, is expanding
its North American operations and seeking highly qualified individuals for a variety of technical
and sales support positions.
Responsibilities include managing the HIFLEX customer database and contacting senior level
management of printing companies across North America. Your primary focus will be organizing
prospective customer demonstrations and general sales support. To be successful in this
position, you should be highly motivated, outgoing, socially proficient and willing to work long
hours to become a part of our highly motivated team of professionals.
Ideal candidates have well rounded skills with extensive backgrounds in Print Estimating, Print
Production, MIS/ERP Implementation, Project Management, Prepress Systems, Print Costing
and Print Business Analysis and Finance with a minimum of 3-5 years estimating or production
experience and be highly computer literate.
Superb written and oral communication skills are essential. You should also be proficient in
Database Management, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word, and be able to demonstrate these
skills.
HIFLEX MIS offers an enterprise suite of products designed to automate a printer's business
including: eBusiness (W2P), Estimating, Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Shop Floor
Data Collection, Scheduling, Job Costing, Invoicing, Customer Relationship Management and
SQL Reporting. HIFLEX MIS deploys the world's most advanced JDF capabilities to integrate and
automate prepress, press and postpress systems. HIFLEX has won twelve CIP4 'CIPPI Awards'
for its accomplishments in the area of process automation while leveraging its expertise in JDF
integration and in addition was the winner of the 2008 PIA/GATF Intertech Award for MIS and
Web2Print integration.
You will be stationed at our North American Headquarters in Ashland, NY, located in the scenic
Catskill Mountains and just 2 miles from Windham Mountain Ski Resort
