System Specialist in the Print Media Industry
Responsibilities:
Application oriented customer support per remote access of customers' systems
Troubleshooting and solution searches; provide customer support and guidance on application questions
Create customer specific service directories, imposition schemes, and estimation methods
User trainings in estimation and order processing; will later include materials management, scheduling, SFDC, etc.
Collaborate with external customers and internal departments to guarantee a high level of service
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in the print media industry
Several years experience as an order clerk at a print shop, or in a similar position
Experience working in the IT field
Ability to work in a team
Willingness to travel
Proficient in written and spoken English
Customer- oriented and well-structured work style
