HIFLEX Corporation, NA the global leader in MIS/ERP Systems for print and media is expanding its North
American operations and seeking a Web-to-Print Project Manger and MIS Implementer. Candidates will be
considered that have well rounded skills with extensive backgrounds or aptitude in: Printing Industry MIS/ERP
Implementation, Project Management and Web Programming specific to the printing industry. Qualified
candidates should have knowledge of HTML, PHP, SQL, VBA and Linux, as well as excellent organizational
and communication skills.
Responsibilities also include front-line customer support, MIS and Web2Print implementation & project
management, customer training and general support services. HIFLEX has customers throughout North
America, so frequent travel will be required. You should be highly motivated and willing to work long hours with
extensive travel and become a part of our highly motivated team of professionals.
Superb written and oral communication skills are essential. You should be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and
MS Word (MS Office Suite) and you should be able to demonstrate these skills.
HIFLEX MIS offers an enterprise suite of products designed to automate a printer's business, including:
eBusiness, Estimating, Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Shop Floor Data Collection, Job Costing,
Invoicing, Customer Relationship Management and SQL Reporting. HIFLEX MIS deploys the world's most
advanced JDF capabilities to integrate and automate prepress, press and postpress systems.
You will be stationed at our North American Headquarters in Ashland, NY, located in the scenic Catskill
Mountains and just 2 miles from Windham Mountain Ski Resort www.windhammountain.com
(sorry, no optional telecommuting).
The Windham/Ashland resort area has an abundance of cultural and outdoor activities, is an ideal place to live
and work and is located 1 hour from NY's Capital of Albany and 2 hours north of NYC.
