American operations and seeking highly qualified individuals for a variety of technical and sales support
positions.
HIFLEX Streamlining Consulting Group, a division of HIFLEX Corp, NA, offers a variety of consulting services as
a complement to our core MIS and Web2Print Software Product offering.
We are currently looking for individuals who are certified as advanced Lean & Six Sigma expert trainers, to
provide Lean & Six Sigma certification and training to our customers. Individuals must have access to all
required training materials and be able to provide and satisfy the complete training offering and do so in
creative and inspiring workshop sessions. Training programs are offered with HIFLEX MIS or separately. Our
Lean Six Sigma training initiative is designed as a continuous program where most customers start with the
'Beginner' program and then advance to the 'Intermediate' and 'Advanced' training programs.
You will be providing three levels of Lean/Six Sigma training and certification: Beginner, Intermediate and
advanced.

This is a contract employee (IRS1099) position that pays a lucrative daily rate as well as per diem allowance
and expenses. The individual will be responsible for providing an initial consultation visit to obtain business
objectives and then formulate a training schedule that is custom for each customer and based on their needs.
Assignments are located through-out North America. Our HIFLEX North American Headquarters are located in
Ashland, NY, in the scenic Catskill Mountains and just 2 miles from Windham Mountain Ski Resort www.windhammountain.com
