The information accessible in the HIFLEX customer database includes data presented in a series of clearly structured tables and charts, which help to visualize the development of the business to date.
The master data of all customers registered as webshop users is managed in the HIFLEX customer
database. Any number of contacts can be saved for each customer along with individual addresses
and telephone numbers. Each customer record can contain as many invoice and delivery addresses
as needed.
Apart from the master data saved for a particular customer, a variety of extra information can be
viewed via the integrated interface. One clearly structured chart, for example, shows the volume
of orders handled for the selected customer in the current month, as well as each of the previous
twelve months. Other charts compare the turnover of the current and previous years, or the number
of separate orders. The reporting options are almost limitless. |
