Inventory calls and fulfillment
The HIFLEX inventory call and fulfillment applications allow you to offer customers other services, in addition to printing. Inventory management, package assembly and logistics services are all available for the ordered print product.

Maximize customer loyalty by offering extra value with HIFLEX functions that control inventory calls and fulfillment. These extra services are managed along the entire production and delivery chain, from printing of the necessary packaging and/or documentation via logistics and inventory management services, to assembly of the overall product package (KIT). This transaction into HIFLEX Webshop brings enormous advantages for all concerned, as the customer is constantly kept informed of current stock levels of the ongoing inventory.

For assembly orders the customer books a certain quantity of their product and specifies a delivery date and address. An order is created automatically in the back-end and the required components are reserved in the inventory management system. An internal e-mail is sent within the print company detailing the specifications of the required components, a delivery note, the order number and confirmation of the reservation. A web-based application initiates the assembly process where the individual components are automatically called from stock, and the newly completed packages are entered in return. Both the supplier and the customer maintain an accurate and up-to-date overview of the available components and product quantities.
