HIFLEX eBusiness
The HIFLEX eBusiness system allows printers to provide their customers with a wide range of value-added services via the Internet. The value-added services that HIFLEX eBusiness provides will help you to win new customers, retain existing business and reduce production and administrative overhead. eBusiness enables users to design custom & embedded workflows that take the focus off of price and separate you from your competition.

One simple mouse click in the customer database is all that is required to grant a customer internet access to the eBusiness module. HIFLEX eBusiness behaves like an interpreter between your HIFLEX system and your web site. When entering a login name and password your customers and/or suppliers have access to selected data in the HIFLEX system at their disposal so that they are satisfied more quickly and not required to talk on the phone with a CSR or purchasing person. Without the need for special hardware or software, the following processes, for example, can be carried out:
  • Order-book viewing, to permit display of current and historical orders
  • Personalization of printed items such as stationery
  • Uploading of order-related print data
  • OK to print
  • Examination of current technical information related to an order
  • Review of job-related milestones
  • Review of current production status
  • Speedy and goal-oriented transmission of short-notice changes or extensions
  • Review of finished and half-finished product status and release for withdrawal
  • Review of order-related bids, order confirmations, invoices and delivery receipts
  • Updating of customer data such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Naturally, the HIFLEX system owner can determine how much data is made available to customers. An important part of the eBusiness solution is its full accessibility at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The HIFLEX eBusiness module helps save time and lower costs and significantly improve customer and supplier communication.
