The HIFLEX Shipping module provides users an instrument for achieving a high
level of service and continuity for this customer demanding area of their company.
The HIFLEX system enables you to configure as many delivery addresses as needed.
Comprehensive shipping plans can be imported via Excel format.
HIFLEX Shipping organizes shipment of printing output to various distributor and delivery addresses.
Delivery addresses are retrieved from the customer database. In the Shipping program, a specific
job or version of a job can be assigned to any customer as a distribution list and any known delivery
address can be assigned to each distribution list. This module is often used to deliver newspapers
or inserts in web press production which is highly demanding for distribution and demonstrates its
strengths in this area and its ability to be configured for complex shipping requirements.

After importing the dispatch plans provided by
the customer, the dispatch system makes up the
data basis for generating coherent dispatch lists,
pallet slips, delivery notes, labels and much more. |

Distribution lists can be used repeatedly since different deadlines, job names and so forth are clearly
identified within the HIFLEX Shipping module. Delivery addresses can also be used as often as
required within a distribution list. Different distribution lists having the same delivery addresses can
exist several times with different quantities, arrival deadlines, delivery methods, etc. Each is readily
identifiable within a distribution list by dispatch numbers. In addition, as many packing variations as
desired (cartons, individually tied, one-way or Euro pallets, etc.) can be distinguished.
It is also possible to import extensive shipping plans via Excel into the HIFLEX Shipping system.
After data entry, the following dispatch documents can be printed: Summary list, dispatch list, pallet
slips, delivery notes, express shipping notes, labels, pro forma invoices, and letters of amendment.
Futher documents can be added.
Once a dispatch job has been assembled, it can be copied, modified, or appended to other jobs at any time.
