HIFLEX Payroll permits gross wages to be generated virtually automatically
when shop floor data collection or time sheet data is transmitted via the HIFLEX
Accounting Link.
HIFLEX Payroll uses shift data and local labor agreements to automatically generate gross wage
data. Wage preparation is also based on information about individual contracts in the employee
database; individuals' accrued time is included, for example.

Time sheets for vacations, sick leave and holidays can be generated automatically so that laborious
and error-prone manual entry is not required. Breaks during the work day can be inserted in the time
sheet with a function key. Time-accrual maintenance is integrated into the system and employees
can view their current balances.
The wage categories generated are displayed in the time sheet and, if required, can be manually
overwritten or recategorized. Wage periods that deviate from the working time are possible. Interfaces
to any time registration system are possible.
Payroll summaries can be produced for specific time periods, for a single employee or a range of employee
numbers. The information generated by the Payroll application is sent to the financial system
through the HIFLEX Financial Accounting-Payroll Link.
