HIFLEX Financial Accounting-Payroll Link transfers financial and payroll data into external accounting
systems. Because the posting accounts in HIFLEX are parameter-based, the data are immediately
ready for posting.
The user can request that debtor or creditor data be transferred, by customer number or customer
name. There is also an option to transfer only the data that has changed since the last transfer. This
valuable feature ensures that the accounting system's database be updated with changes that occur
in HIFLEX MIS.
Before data is transferred, it can optionally be viewed on the screen or printed. Invoice transfers are
selected according to invoice date. Invoices produced in-house can be excluded from the transfer.
Exactly the same process is used with employee and payroll data.
Each transmission can be executed by entering the transfer date.Access to debtor, creditor, payroll
and employee data can be controlled for each user.
Through bi-directional interfaces, financial bookkeeping reports open positions and credit limits.
These are already displayed in HIFLEX at the time of estimate and at order entry.
